Imagine a corporate world where team members feel motivated, empowered, engaged...

Here is my confession.

I left the corporate world because I was immersed in an environment that lacked emotional intelligence.

In my opinion, this contributes to burnouts, high employee turnover and unhealthy work environments.

After 16 years of being immersed in the corporate world I left to pursue the following mission : contribute to a better world by teaching emotional intelligence to as many people as possible.

Since 2020, I have been helping people cultivate their emotional intelligence with a heart-centered approach.

Emotional Intelligence is all about linking the brain to the heart.

It is very important to understand that emotional intelligence is not the opposite of intelligence, it is not the triumph of heart over head — it is the unique intersection of both.

Heart-centered approach to your team’s well-being

Why Emotional intelligence is needed more than ever before in the workplace.

What if I told you that there is a direct correlation between emotional health and performance?
Studies have shown that when employees care for their health and cultivate their emotional intelligence their performance is at its peak (also called being in the “flow”).

Daniel Goleman reports that 80-90% of the competencies that differentiate top performers are in the domain of Emotional Intelligence.
Take a moment now to think about how your organization tends to your team's emotional and mental health?

Now ask yourself if it’s enough.

Can you say that every single team member is very self-aware of their emotions and that of others?

That they understand the impact their emotions can have on their performance and those of others?

Can you say that managers are always capable of making the best decisions or capable of constantly motivating their teams?

How is stress managed and regulated within team dynamics?

Those are all aspects of Emotional Intelligence (EI).

Simply because emotions not only affect the way we think and act, but also influence judgment, critical thinking and the relationship between each member of the team.
